For The Women Of Bali

Lighthouse Bali Rehab

Your donations will help save and rebuild the lives of women, children, and families in Bali and throughout Indonesia

Bali Women's Lighthouse seeks to be the first of it's kind providing cost free rehabilitation and health services exclusively for the women of Bali. Not only for the individual, but also families with young children and babies. Priority will be given to women leaving incarceration, as women are disproportionately affected by the legal system of Indonesia

Community Based Approach

Through the Lighthouse Bali’s non-profit organization, Yayasan Bali Mercusuar, we volunteer in the local community with educational lectures, workshops and by sharing our experience, strength and hope. Through our outreach efforts we found that there are no rehabilitation centers that can assist women with children, HIV, or those with coming directly from prison.

We are committed to providing the first no cost recovery home for Indonesian women in the most difficult circumstances to have the best chance of recovery

Our goal is to create and sustain the first no cost recovery home exclusively for Indonesian women to get well, stay sober and create a new life.

Our recovery home will provide 90 days in-patient drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs. As well, we will provide the women with education, healthcare, employment opportunities and aftercare.

The Bali Women’s Lighthouse project is seeking to supplement these efforts by opening the first nonprofit recovery home exclusively for Indonesian women. The Bali Women’s Lighthouse is seeking funding, volunteers and assistance to give women struggling with substance use disorder a chance to get sober and create a new healthy and productive life. Our short-term goal is to acquire the funding, training, and personnel for the initial year. The long-term goal is to sustain a treatment home available to Indonesian women in need of drug and alcohol treatment.
